Malia May Johnson,
Today marks 12 years that we have been together and 6 years that we have been married. So, the kids and I decided to get you 6 year anniversary gifts and 12 year anniversary gifts. As you will notice with the gifts, the kids helped pick out your gifts. The 6 year anniversary gifts are candy and iron. So, we bought you more candy than you could ever eat, an Iron Man action figure, an iron rose, an iron sculpture, an iron room decor ordeal. The 12 year anniversary gifts are silk and linen. So, we bought you a shopping cart full of silk and linen robes, and towels, and gift baskets/packs.
I don’t tell you that I love you just to say it. I tell you that I love you because I want you to know that I love you. You are the best thing that ever happened to me, and nothing but good has come from being with you, from you nursing me back to health after my surgery, to our kids, to endless memories and more happy moments than I can count. If I could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see yourself through my eyes. Only then would you know how much you mean to me.
We have been through things that bond us together forever. It would be impossible to recreate our happy family with anyone else. I love how we always look for ways to love on each other and stay close. We are the only couple I have ever seen that celebrates monthaversaries, and I love it. Happy 144 month monthaversary. I also love celebrating our yearly anniversaries, and more than anything…..I love you!
