We Will Overcome COVID19 Motivation
One of the things my wife Malia and I miss the most that COVID19 has temporarily put a stop to are live events.
We were looking at pictures from some of the live events that we have gone to and looking at the pictures inspired me to want to spread some positivity during these trying times.
Don’t lose hope y’all. Don’t give up on your future hopes and dreams due to COVID19.
There are brilliant scientists, researchers, doctors, etc, all over the world working on a cure/vaccine.
As they say- “Necessity is the mother of all invention.”
My close friend/brother from another Mother Chris’s quote about COVID19- “COVID is a global hater that is trying to stop us all from living our lives the way we want to. And just like normal haters, we will overcome this global hater.”
If you have had or have a Grandpa, they have probably told you an exaggerated story of how difficult things were back in their day. My Grandpa used to tease me about how he had to walk up the hill both ways to school, several miles, with old shoes that barely fit. Then he would tell me about how future generations would never have it as difficult as his generation did.
Well Grandpa, I hate to tell you this, but you were wrong about that one. For the current kids walking to school, I’ll see your walking up the hill both ways with shoes that barely fit, and I’ll raise you the deadly world-wide pandemic named COVID19 that kids could possibly get walking to school with other kids.
Note: I am just teasing with you Grandpa Shirley. I love you and I miss you. Thank you for being such a wonderful Grandpa!
We will find a way to make it through this once in a lifetime pandemic. Do your best to stay safe and help others when possible.
