I was looking through all of our pictures over the years, and I found the picture that is attached to this post.
At the Dr. Pepper Factory in Waco, Texas, the day we took that picture, was the first time we talked about having a baby. You said, and I quote- “Look at how cute that little boy is. I want to have a baby with you someday. Do you want to make a baby with me, or does that scare you off?” It didn’t scare me at all. I knew you were the one. Here we are 8 years later, we are happily married and have a big happy family.
You are amazing, and it is amazing how amazing you are. You being born has led to so many good things. You have accomplished so much, and have made such a big impact in the lives of probably more people than you know during your 23 (32) short years on this earth.
12-30-1989 was the most important day of Liz, Cash, Natalie, Michael, Victoria, Caroline, Christopher, and my life, because if you would not have been born, our 7 incredible kids would not have been born, and I would probably have died at Walter Reed Medical Center in 2015.
I hope today was your best birthday ever. The kids and I did everything we could to make today special for you.
