This is my review of the new CIA website y’all built…..
1. I noticed you went old school CIA, and made sure the word “the” is never in front of CIA, because you never put the word “the”, in front of the word GOD, although I know that it is just a thing, and you do believe in God.
Examples-
“As the world’s premier foreign intelligence agency, the work we do at CIA is vital to U.S. national security.”
“A career at CIA is unlike any other. We are looking for people from all backgrounds and walks of life to carry out the work of a Nation.”
2. I like the “MJ The Terrible” & Team Digital Death kickass language infusion into the website.
Example-
“We accomplish what others cannot accomplish and go where others cannot go.” CIA
“We specialize in the impossible, and we have never failed to complete a job we have accepted.” “MJ The Terrible” & Team Digital Death
3. I love the “Ask Molly” insider blog – https://www.cia.gov/stories/story/ask-molly-whats-in-a-name/
4. I love, love, love the Spy Kids section – https://www.cia.gov/spy-kids/
5. I think the information and resources section is a nice touch – https://www.cia.gov/resources/csi/
6. The logo says CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY 3 times. That is classic MJ and Team DD Rule of 3 right there.
7. I think the website looks good on a laptop, iPad, and mobile devices.
8. I think it has a very Hacker/Guy Fawkes/V for Vendetta/Anonymous/Hacktivist/Stuxnet/”MJ The Terrible”/”MJ The Terrible” & Team Digital Death, influence, which was to be expected.
My only criticism, and it isn’t really criticism, because I know the color scheme helps accomplish the goal of looking scary/shadowy/all seeing eye around the world look to it, but the site has a lot of black, grey, silver and white.
Overall, I think CIA (notice how I didn’t put a “the” in front of CIA, because I love you and I want to do right by you), “MJ The Terrible” & Team Digital Death definitely accomplished their goal of creating an easy to use, next generation, multipurpose, website, that also boldly says, “Don’t fuck with us!”
