– Beginning of letter –

Happy Birthday!

Laura and I are pleased to add our best wishes to your celebration. May your special day be filled with joy, cherished memories, and the love of friends and family.

George Bush

– End of letter –

Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me Mr. President, and thank you for the nice card and gift.

Sir, you have a great sense of humor, and seem like a very compassionate person.

Regarding our fun handshake bet/deal……Thank you!

Yesterday was one of the best birthday’s of my life.

My wife, my family and I are very happy right now, and knowing that there’s only one last piece of the puzzle left to go until all is well in our little world, puts one big happy smile on my face.

Oh yeah, and Malia had her tubes untied a little while back. She surprised me with one last present that I got to unwrap before my birthday was over. Baby, I love it when you go into baby making heat!

Thank you for all of the birthday love, wishes, kind words, gifts and surprises on my birthday everyone. I really appreciate it!

Sincerely,

Michael “MJ The Terrible” Johnson

P.S. My special day was definitely filled with joy, cherished memories, and the love of friends and family. Thank you again for dropping in sir.
