Hey MJ. That was definitely a first on a house closing. You brought an army of people. Literally the Army. I’m going to lay you odds the title company will be talking about this one for awhile. Usually the title company is the one with the legal contracts.
“Maam, Michael Johnson is here for his home closing appointment. Here are the the non disclosure agreements for your employees to sign. As soon as they are completed we will bring them up.” Them? “Yes maam.”
Never seen so many people with their jaws on the floor at once. This has been an experience MJ.
“Which one of you will be signing the legal agreements today?” “Mr. H. Do they both need to sign?” Because there are 2 of everybody of course. Hilarious!“
Mr. Johnsons are either one of you married?”
“Can we list your address CG for the title deed? We are not allowed to list a federal address.” Uhm, sure.
I am sending an apology/thank you present to them tomorrow from both of us. The title company deserves something nice after the 4 hour marathon close they were forced to go through.
Chris was hilarious. I freakin love that guy. Glad he could lighten the mood. It felt like a dual at high noon until he farted and everyone laughed. I plan to teach the “fart move” at my next sales training lol. You my main man to brotha.
