The past 8 years of my life have been damn near pure insanity! There were a lot of people who gave up, and/or distanced themselves from me, because of all that was going on.
Looking back on the people who exited my life, who now want to know me again….I DON’T THINK SO! I think Will Smith said it best- “If you’re absent during my struggle, don’t expect to be present during my success.” And then there are the people who stuck by my side through thick and thin no matter what.
DK, I couldn’t have made it through the last 5 years without you my friend, and I really enjoyed getting to hangout with you the other day.
